Guyana’s education sector has seen “historic gains” in less than four years, according to Minister Dr Priya Manickchand. Speaking on Starting Point, she credited the success to a deliberate push to increase access, improve quality, and shift outdated thinking about what education can achieve. By opening platforms to new voices and ideas, she said the ministry has fostered innovation that is changing the system for the better.
