To ensure that Guyanese play a leading role in the development of the nation’s oil and gas resources, the government is intensifying its capacity-building efforts at the National Oil and Gas Training Centre, located within the Guyana Technical Training College Inc. (GTTCI) at Port Mourant, Berbice. According to GTTCI’s Director, Professor Clement Sankat, this world-class facility is poised to “break new ground” in technical training and workforce development.
