The 2025 manifesto of the PPP/C is not only a plan to catapult Guyana into the era of digital and infrastructural transformation, but it is also about empowering families. Taking this into account, Dr Kofi Dalrymple, Dean of the Engineering and Technology Faculty at the University of Guyana, has thrown his support behind the PPP/C for a second term in government.
