In this episode of Starting Point, former PNCR Member and Region 4 Vice Chairman, Samuel Sandy, makes the bombshell revelation that the opposition party has been fooling the nation all along.
As the APNU’s Operations Manager for the East Coast Campaign, Sandy said he was responsible for collecting all SOPs. He took it upon himself to record the totals. The politician also took photos of his tabulations, which contradict the doctored numbers declared by former Region 4 Returning Officer, Clairmont Mingo.
Though he feared for his life back then, Sandy is telling it all, adding that he urged Opposition Leader, Aubrey Norton, to be honest with the electorate.
